World's Greatest Temples Mahjong is a simple variation of the popular Mahjong puzzle game. The same general Mahjong rules are applied: select two matching tiles to remove them, and the game is won when all the tiles are removed and the board is cleared. It offers several handy additional features, such as the possibility to “undo” the last move. You can also ask for a hint or choose to shuffle the tiles from the board. You can also opt to have the board displaying only the “free” tiles that can be selected, matched and removed. Though it’s a simple game that many of you already know how to play, World's Greatest Temples Mahjong also provides a neat and effective “help” feature. It explains the game’s rules in a clear and comprehensive manner, helping even the complete beginners understand how to play the game.

As you’ve probably guessed from its title, the central theme of this Mahjong game is represented by temples. This actually means that the backgrounds of the puzzles are composed of images that display temples, and that interesting information about various worldwide temples is displayed in the beginning of a level. Other than these, there aren’t many other connections or relations to temples that you can find throughout the game, to be honest.

The background music of this game is simple, yet pleasing and relaxing. The graphics are also pretty nice, though quite simple, and mostly composed of static images.

In conclusion, World's Greatest Temples Mahjong is a nice Mahjong puzzle that offers some handy additional features and has an interesting theme.
